The first case is \u201cFujisawaSST\u201d which focused on suburban-style detached houses and the second case is \u201cTsunashimaSST\u201d (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama) which planned to be open in 2018 and focused on urban-style commercial facilities.<\/p>\n<p>On the panel discussion, with a help of a facilitator from the NIKKAN KOGYO SHIMBUN, we discussed for a way of corporation between different business, method for community creation, and energy management with Mr. Takashi Shinshi, a group manager of smart energy engineering, solution engineering of Tokyo Gas, proceeding town development at Tamachi, Tokyo.
