Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town (Fujisawa SST) marks its 12th year since opening in 2014. Having completed its initial development and establishment phase,　Fujisawa SST has transitioned from its initial development phase into a new era of growth.
To share our experience in town management, energy management, and co-creation initiatives, we have expanded our dialogue programs for organizations visiting Fujisawa SST.
These programs offer opportunities to exchange ideas with our experts and management team based on your interests and objectives.
Please note: Participation in the Fujisawa SST Guided Tour is required for all sessions.

Leaders Session
This session provides an opportunity to exchange ideas with the President of the local management company and gain insight into Fujisawa SST’s 12 years of experience in town management and energy management, including operational know-how, current challenges, and future perspectives

Co-creation Incubation Session (New)
Available only for organizations based in Japan.
Fujisawa SST promotes innovation through collaboration among industry, government, academia, and local communities.
This session introduces our co-creation projects and demonstration experiments, followed by discussions with our co-creation team about new business opportunities and solutions to social challenges.
Recommended for organizations interested in:

• Leaders Session: JPY 110,000 (tax included) per session
• Co-creation Incubation Session: JPY 66,000 (tax included) per session
Group Size: Same capacity as the guided tour.

• These sessions cannot be booked separately. Participation in the Fujisawa SST Town Tour is required. Tour fees are charged separately.
• Some requested dates may not be available. If so, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
• Sessions are conducted in Japanese only. If your group includes non-Japanese speakers, please arrange your own interpreter.
• The Co-creation Incubation Session is available only to organizations based in Japan.
