We held the 2nd welcome party on a bright sunny day, April 25th.
The party was a huge success with 102 families (320 people in total) joined out of approximately 200 households who are currently living in this town. Residents who started living earlier welcomed newly moved residents.
Over 50 people gathered for preparation in advance and enjoyed communicational events such as making 20 meters long sandwiches and BBQ.
We could find many kinds of smiling faces. People looked enjoy each time happily. Some people enjoyed talking cheerfully with newly moved people. Some people watched for a fire of BBQ grills silently. Kids were playing lively.
How long the size of sandwiches will be next year?

We hope to widen the connection between people to people in both inside and outside of the town in order to create a one hundred years sustainable town.
