On June 19, Toshiaki Endo, Chairperson of the Liberal Democratic Party General Council, visited Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town (Fujisawa SST).

After receiving a general overview of the Fujisawa SST project first, he visited the office of the town management company, the automatic delivery robot “Shonan HAKOBO”, and “Wellness SQUARE”, the health, welfare and education complex.

After the inspection, Chairperson Endo expressed his strong admiration for the concept of Fujisawa SST and its ever-evolving system, saying, “This is a well-thought-out urban development.”

Fujisawa SST, in order to realize its concept, will continue to promote urban development that continues to evolve through co-creation with residents, companies, governments, universities and other groups.
